Stock Keeper

We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory 
Responsibilities
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
Requirements
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
  • Must be able to operate forklift
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
  • Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift
  • Skills to operate common office equipment
  • Minimum of a SPM/ Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
  • Able to communicate in BM/ English or Bm/ Mandarin/ Cantonese

Site Supervisor

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The Site Supervisor’s responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.
 
Responsibilities
  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
  • Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors
  • Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol
Requirements
  • Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program
  • SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor
  • Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
  • Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
  • Able to communicate in BM/ English or BM/ Mandarin/ Cantonese
